Please complete this form to indicate your interest in one of our programs. When registration opens, or a spot becomes available, we will reach out to you at the email address you provide. Please make sure to add wildflower.cornwall@gmail.com to your contacts so you don't miss out on any emails!

Please complete one (1) form per child and please take the time to read about our programs before completing this form.

 

Emails are sent in batches when registration opens, and one at a time when spaces open up during a session. New registrations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Please respond to the email ASAP or begin the registration process by sending the deposit or completing the registration form sent by email.
